I remind myself to go watch movies by adding them to OmniFocus. I flag them and set a start date for when they are set to be released in theaters (in Belgium). I add the IMDB link for future reference. They are added to a project I call ‘outings’, which are museum exhibits (and those have a due date) or things we (want to) visit every few months. When we’re sitting about on a Saturday or a Sunday and we don’t really know what to do, I simply open that project up and see what available. By flagging them they show up on my daily To Do list (which are all available tasks which are either due in three days or have a flag). If I’m not able to go to the theater in the days following the release, I just set the start date a bit further in the future and it will pop up again.
